Mixed Corn Dance. (Describing the Painting, in Jeremy’s own words). There are many different types of what we call corn dancers. The first one with the full clothing and the eagle tail fan is usually the Uncle of them all. The turkey fan, one is called the Gambler and the remaining two are Avatshoya, Corn dancers; the brown fellows are the Mudhead who sing for the dancers.
